Now Taking Deposits for Mastiff Babies!!
During our break we decided to lower our prices for our Mastiff Babies due to the economy.
We still want families to be able to enjoy this breed no matter what.
Sharing this wonderful breed has been the best thing for my husband and I and we still want to continue this for as long as we can.
We have set the price at
$900.00 dollars.
We still are going to run on a first come first serve basis as before, so in order to hold your puppy, you must place a deposit ($300.00).

To find a perfect loving home for each of our mastiff babies. It is our ultimate goal, not only to place our puppies in warm and loving homes, but also to find a perfect match between our puppy and their new family.

Full Rights:
You will have full
rights to your Mastiff. It is your decision if you want to breed or show
them. We do not co-own any of the puppies we sell nor do we require stud rights,
demand who you breed to, take
any pups from your litters, or demand that you spay/neuter your pet.
Spaying/Neutering would disqualify you from participating in AKC and
UKC shows and events. We do not insist on visiting your home or
having you come visit with us.
We do not have an application for adoption. All we ask is that you
provide a safe and loving home for your puppy and keep in contact
with us. We will keep in contact with you by occasional e-mail and
sending cards. We do enjoy seeing pictures of them as they get
older. We are a resource for you. If you have questions, we are here
to help you and want you to feel free to e-mail or call us anytime.
Puppy Kit:
Information (Health instructions, tips)
Food/Water (until you get to the store)
Toys
Treats
Litter Mate Blanket (blanket rubbed on their litter mates, for comfort during their transition)
Vet Check Up/Vaccinations
All puppies will have had their first check up at my local Veterinarian.
Shots and worming will also be up to date. (You will be responsible to keep your baby up to date with all Vaccinations and check ups)
Our Price:
Our price per puppy is $900.00 and does not vary depending on sex or color. We stand firm on our belief that each of our puppies are all equal to each other on every level and standard. To hold any puppy we require a $300 deposit. We hold puppies on a first come first serve basis.

This list is for people that want to hold a puppy that has not even been conceived yet!!! This way you can know that you have a puppy as soon as we have more babies. And the best part about it is this list is FREE. You just call and ask to be placed on this list and we will do it at no cost to you. Then once we have babies we will contact you. You will then have the option to place your deposit of $300.00 to hold a pup from that litter or you have the option to wait for the next litter to come.
